FlashMob’s 2026 Summer Tour is Here!

Dust off your dancing shoes and grab your Dollar General® brand sunscreen, because FlashMob is officially hitting the road for our 2026 Summer Tour! We’ve spent the winter locked in the rehearsal room and we are ready to bring the party to a town near you.

From our home base in the Twin Cities to our favorite lakeside haunt in Okoboji and the festival stages of ‘Sota, this summer is looking packed.

First, some highlights of the Winter schedule:

  • Pastor Mark (Matt) has finally managed to figure out how to eat while playing keys. His new snack tray allows him quick access to some tots or spaghetti while banging away on the keys. Pay no attention to the lower E, F, A, and C keys being stuck together via BBQ sauce.
  • P-Trick is nursing a back injury, so he’s called in the reinforcements – Collin and Juice – to manage his gear for a while. Good to get those lazy singers some manual labor. “I should be back to normal by … 2028,” he said, while writing more My Chemical Romance fan fiction.
  • “…Pete had an Emmie…” Pete is fresh off a few months of paternity leave with his precious Emmie. Emmie, already mastering the art of the never-ending story, should be ready for the stage in 12-18 months. She’ll be replacing Pete on Rhythm guitar.
  • Water covers 75% of the earth; the rest is covered in Juice’s tattoos. Juice has spent her Winter preparing her body for summer by covering it all in sweet new tattoos, most of which are artistic interpretations of the band members’ faces.
  • Speaking of faces… Joe’s knees have morphed into the faces of two 82-year-old twins named Mort and Cleave. When worn with shorts, Joe’s knees can carry on a conversation about all things The Villages in Florida and the 1962 Yankees.
  • Collin got older thus all the falling. Moving forward, he’ll be tethered to the stage to prevent any slip and falls; he is now sponsored by Sketchers® Slip-ins™
  • Josh, ever an expert in playing the bass, has moved on to the Wind section, spending the winter perfecting the melodica. No one in the band asked him to, but still … that’s what he’s been up to.

Highlights of the Summer Tour

JUNE

  • June 5 & 6: Captain’s Getaway – Okoboji, IA
  • June 20: Lake Wilson Festival – Lake Wilson, MN

Welp … why not kick off summer at our band house away from home, Captain’s Getaway? We’re actually here 3 weekends this summer, including the 4th of July weekend. <Gulp>. If you like sweating with hundreds of fellow music lovers, why not head to one of Iowa’s 2 lakes for some drinks, dancing, and music. After that, one of 4 town/county festivals in the Lake Wilson Festival ends our June.

JULY

  • July 3 & 4: Independence Day Weekend at Captain’s Getaway – Okoboji, IA

Boji over the 4th is epic. Picture in your head and liver MTV’s Spring Break – Panama City Beach, Florida, but crazier. ‘nough said.

  • July 11: Danube Fun Days – Danube, MN
  • July 17: PD Pappy’s – Stillwater, MN
  • July 25: Pioneer Days – Butternut, WI

Two SWEET city festivals buttress a return to Stillwater’s PD Pappy’s to fill out July. No one loves a good city or county festival like Pastor Matt. Let’s hear it from him: “I love three things: Food from a truck, preaching the Gospel, and my family. And taking my kids to fecal-covered, illness-laden museums. And eating on stage while playing. And shaving my head while driving. And being late. So, I guess, I love seven things, but eating food at a festival is atop that list.”

AUGUST

  • Aug 1: Zumbro Valley Golf Course 100 Year Anniversary – Mantorville, MN
  • Aug 14: Corn on the Cobb Days (TJ’s Tavern) – Plainview, MN
  • Aug 15: Marcus Street Dance – Marcus, IA

We return to Corn on the Cobb Days for a 5th year. Plainview has welcomed us in its golden-buttered bosom each year and we can’t wait to party outside with those good folks again this August. A street dance in Marcus, Iowa, will be a great showcase of Collin’s dance skills. He was once a promising breakdancer until a horrific knee, femur, hip and sternum injury ruined his dancing career.

SEPTEMBER

  • Sept 18 & 19: Captain’s Getaway – Okoboji, IA
  • Sept 25: Oktoberfest (Tapping the Golden Keg) – LaCrosse, WI

With global warming, September is basically summer, so let’s continue. After a third and final liver-killing visit to Boji, we are being honored with the tapping of Oktoberfest’s Golden Keg in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Josh, our resident beer nut (“The mouth feel on this IPA is transcendent!”), will do the honors. Oktoberfest in La Crosse is an absolute blast. Meet us for a beer and a cover of My Chemical Romance’s ‘A Polka Dotted Heart’.

Whether we’re in Iowa (our second home!), Wisconsin, or right here in Minnesota, we can’t wait to party with you. Head over to our Tour Page for the full list of dates and private events.
