Local Minnesota cover band FlashMob is buzzing with excitement to perform at the 2026 Minneapolis Polar Plunge, supporting Special Olympics Minnesota on Saturday, March 7. The annual event kicks off at 10:30 AM at Lake Nokomis Park, 4955 W Lake Nokomis Park in Minneapolis—a festive day of fundraising, family fun, live music, food trucks, and of course the iconic chilly plunge into the lake to raise funds for Special Olympics athletes.
FlashMob is proud to bring high-energy tunes to the crowd and help pump up plungers and spectators alike as they come together for this meaningful cause. The band says it’s an honor to be part of such a spirited community event and support the mission of Special Olympics Minnesota while warming up the crowd—even if the water remains icy!
